Quietly is the creative vision of Zach Alva, an independent artist of Indigenous and Latino heritage from Seattle, WA. In addition to fronting the band Westmoreland, Zach is a frequent collaborator with a rotating cast of musicians from Seattle’s vibrant music scene. He also plays bass and works closely with Northwest legend Damien Jurado.
In 2024, Zach connected with Willem and the rest of the De Koch family at The Quilcene Lantern, sparking a meaningful friendship and a fruitful creative partnership. Quietly Fest was born from that bond—a celebration of community, collaboration, and the growing indie music movement in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
